First Course Options

Roasted Tomato Bisque

Fire-roasted Roma tomatoes, basil, caramelized onions garnished with garlic croutons

Bistro Salad
Mixed greens, tomato, red onion, bleu cheese crumbles, candied walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette

Second Course Options

Boneless Pork Chop with Sour Cherry BBQ Sauce

Served with loaded mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts.

Chicken Cavatappi ala Pesto

Roasted peppers, onions, and mushrooms in a basil pesto cream sauce.

Third Course

Brownie Sundae
Vanilla ice cream, pretzels, Kit Kats, whipped cream and a fudge topping
